第一次使用儀器

The first use of the instrument

1）把軟件打開， 保證0.3米積分球和1.5米積分球是關閉狀態，積分球內不能放任何光源。

開啟檢測設備

Opening test equipment

開啟配電機柜總電源，開關位置為：機柜中間面板的左側船型開關；

開啟機柜內部各個儀表的電源（功率計、穩壓變頻電源） ；

1.5米積分球的校準測量步驟

1.5 meter measuring steps

運行桌面1.5米球的測試軟件（確認桌面0.3米球的軟件已經關閉）；

在1. 5米球內裝入50W標準光源;

50W standard light source in the 1.5 meter ball;

切換機柜右側的船型開關到1.5米積分球;

在軟件上點進入界面把電壓 電流 流明  色溫 設置好，數據已標準燈為準。

數據設置好后，點亮標準光源（標準燈需要預熱5分鐘時間）

標準光源點亮后，直接點校準，預熱時間過后會出現一個山峰曲線圖譜后，點擊保存退出

等待校準完成后再點擊“開始測試”；查看對比結果。

如果產品是交流的話關閉穩壓直流，開啟變頻測試電源。

轉換機柜中間面板的中間轉換開關到“AC/交流”

點亮被測燈具，點擊“開始測試”

點亮標準光源

標準光源點亮后，穩定5分鐘； 軟件操作跟大球一樣。

點擊“儀器校準”按鈕，選擇“光譜校準”，選擇“色溫光通量校準”；輸入標準色溫，標準光通量;點擊“校準”。等待校準完成后再點擊“開始測試”；查看對比結果。

將被測LED放入相應的專用LED夾具，然后放入到0.3米積分球側面開口處，固定好，夾具有（鹵鎢燈，大功率1W，3528,5050,3014等）；

調節直流恒流電源，點亮被測LED；

Adjust the DC constant current power supply, light is measured LED;

點擊“開始”按鈕，等待測量完成（光譜及電參數會自動完成測試）；

Click "start" button and wait for the measurement to finish (the spectrum and the electrical parameters will be automatically finished testing);

點擊“保存”按鈕，記錄下原始數據文件；

Click the Save button to record the raw data file;

導出PDF測試報告，過程：點擊“文件”—“導出”—“PDF”；

Export PDF test report, process: click the "file" - "export" - "PDF";

重復13）到19）測量下一個被測燈；

Repeat 13) to measure the next measured light by 19;
